Founder

FounderApostle Tshifhiwa Irene was chosen by God before birth for her earthly assignment. She was brought up in the faith under Apostle Dr VW Madzinge, first in the Apostolic Faith Mission (AFM) and moved with him when he established Christian Worship Centre International on 12 May 1997. A year before she had completed a Pastoral Training Programme at Charis Mission Church under the late Dr Khorommbi.

She continued to faithfully serve the vision of her apostolic father in various capacities on a part-time basis until she became a fulltime minister of the gospel on 01 November 2001 after resigning from her secular work at South African Standard Bank. Between 2004 and 2007, she helped plant four churches under CWC umbrella. She served as an Associate Pastor and was also in charge of financial administration in the church.

    • In 2001, she established the “FOREVER” Christian Newspaper.
    • On 30 November, she received the vision to establish World Restoration Service for World Peace by Jesus Christ (WRS), an independent ministry based on her covenant names, Tshifhiwa Irene. The names Tshifhiwa Irene mean the “divine gift of world peace”. The main thrust of WRS is the implementation of Phase 3.1 of Jesus Christ’s programme of the restoration of the world peace.
    • Under her leadership, WRS got legally registered in the Republic of South Africa; Zimbabwe and United Kingdom. At the time of her transfer into glory, the ministry was in the process of being registered in Botswana; Zambia; Kenya; Pakistan, as well as other 20 states in the United States of America.
    • On the 20th January 2005, she established the first black female-owned Christian television station (WRS TV) with broadcast reaching Europe.
    • Between 2003 and 2017, she conducted evangelistic outreaches and international conferences throughout South Africa; Namibia; Lesotho; Zambia; Botswana; Zimbabwe; Greece; Turkey; Israel; United Kingdom; United States of America; eSwatini; Mozambique; Brazil and Malawi.
    • Between 2011 and 2018, she had established over 80 local churches spread across all provinces of the Republic of South Africa; Zimbabwe; Botswana; eSwatini and United Kingdom. Within this period, she had trained and mentored over 200 pastors and evangelists whereby 80 were lead-Pastors of WRS local Centres.
    • In 2018, she was busy with the WRS School of Ministry which got accredited in the same year.
    • Her ministry on earth touched countless lives of people if we consider her many converts and disciples who received grace through her television ministry as well as other WRS materials. She occupied a prominent role in the issues of spiritual warfare and awakening of the church of Jesus Christ

She without a doubt fought the good fight, finished her race and kept the faith (2 Timothy 4:7-8).
